The Normal Distribution of CTA Button Colors

Qreuz conducted a study of the most common colors used for call-to-action (CTA) buttons in five different countries (The U.S., Canada, Australian, The UK, and Germany). We chose 20 of the top 50 most-visited sites (with CTAs) in each country, as ranked by Alexa, as of May 14th, 2020.

In this insight we focus on the five most common colors, blue, green, red. white, and purple. The data in this graph has been normalized to show the standardized distribution of these colors in each of the five countries chosen in this study.
